The course (Force Encounters Analysis) was very relevant and the information was presented in a clear and enjoyable way. I hope to send all armed officers in my department to this training. Physiological, perceptual and cognitive factors – impairment related to fatigue, action/reaction time…overall the course attended to many aspects in need of attention at my department. Thank you!
